Workforce Management Analyst II
Job Location: Englewood, CO
Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Defines both long-term strategies and ever-changing, short-term, and immediate workforce needs. Researches, recommends and implements call center technology and process improvements to reduce overall costs. May provide guidance to lower level traffic and scheduling staff. Maintains frequent contact with other departments when outages occur and calls must be redirected. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor''s degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school - Two years workforce management experience Preferred Qualifications - Two years experience in an analytical role In the Customer Service organization, we believe every agent should be the customer''s advocate.
